TERMS OF SERVICE

OrganicReaders

Welcome to OrganicReaders ("Company," "OrganicReaders," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, payment portal, and Amazon KDP SEO optimization and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, purchasing or engaging our Services, submitting payment, or otherwise using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy: OrganicReaders Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions regarding our no-guarantee policy, refund restrictions, limitations of liability, Client responsibilities, and dispute procedures.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Agreement" means these Terms together with any applicable order, package description, invoice, proposal, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, or other written terms incorporated into the Client's purchase.

1.2 "Services" means Amazon KDP search engine optimization ("SEO"), listing optimization, reader-search keyword research, competitor book research, subtitle and book-description optimization, seven KDP backend keyword field recommendations and category research, description optimization, A+ Content recommendations where included, listing analysis, strategy recommendations, and any other related digital marketing, research, optimization, or consulting services offered by OrganicReaders.

1.3 "Client Content" means the Client's KDP account, listings, book information, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, branding, data, materials, or other information supplied to or reviewed by OrganicReaders.

1.4 "Deliverables" means the research, recommendations, optimized content, SEO materials, analyses, documents, or other work product specifically prepared for Client as part of the purchased Services.

1.5 "Deliverable Link" means the private digital document link or other digital link through which OrganicReaders provides the Deliverables. Upon request and where reasonably available, Deliverables may also be provided in PDF or Microsoft Word format.

1.6 "Fees" means all amounts charged by OrganicReaders for the Services.

1.7 "Onboarding Email" means any email sent by OrganicReaders to the email address provided by Client at the time of purchase that begins or facilitates the onboarding process, including an email containing or requesting onboarding information, intake forms, questionnaires, Amazon book links or listing information, instructions, links, or other materials necessary to begin providing the Services.

1.8 "Contact Page" means OrganicReaders’ exclusive Client-initiated support and communication channel:

2. ELIGIBILITY AND CLIENT INFORMATION

By purchasing or using the Services, Client represents that Client is at least the age of majority in Client's jurisdiction and has the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

Client agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information reasonably required to provide the Services.

Client is solely responsible for providing an accurate, active, and accessible email address at the time of purchase.

OrganicReaders will use the email address supplied at purchase for onboarding and service-related communications.

Client is responsible for monitoring that email account, including its spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered folders.

3. SERVICES

3.1 Scope

Our current one-time packages are Discover, Rank, and Own. The package description shown at checkout controls the number of books and included deliverables. Discover covers core listing optimization; Rank adds long-tail keyword and competitor research; Own adds package-specific A+ Content modules. No package guarantees page-one rankings, category leadership, bestseller status, or income.

OrganicReaders provides done-for-you Amazon KDP SEO research, optimization recommendations, and related Services according to the package purchased by Client.

The exact Deliverables may differ depending on the package, number of listings, nature of the Client's books, project scope, and Services advertised or agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3.2 Recommendations Rather Than Amazon KDP Account Management

OrganicReaders does not request KDP login credentials, co-author invitations, or account permissions, and does not directly access, manage, operate, or modify Client's KDP account.

OrganicReaders researches and prepares Deliverables for Client. Client is responsible for reviewing, deciding whether to use, and implementing the Deliverables within Client's KDP account.

3.3 Delivery of Work

Deliverables are ordinarily provided through a private digital document or similar digital link.

Upon Client request, OrganicReaders may also provide Deliverables in PDF or Microsoft Word format when reasonably available.

Sending the Deliverable Link to the Client's email address provided at purchase constitutes delivery of the applicable Deliverables.

Client is responsible for maintaining access to, downloading, or otherwise retaining copies of completed Deliverables after delivery.

3.4 Estimated Turnaround

OrganicReaders’ average estimated turnaround is approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days after receiving the information reasonably necessary to perform the Services.

This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed deadline.

Actual turnaround may vary based on project scope, number and complexity of listings, order volume, research requirements, Client responsiveness, revisions, technical issues, staffing, third-party services, or other circumstances.

No estimated, advertised, historical, or communicated turnaround time constitutes a guaranteed completion date.

A delay beyond an estimated turnaround does not, by itself, constitute a breach of these Terms or create a right to cancellation, refund, chargeback, damages, or other compensation.

3.5 Onboarding Timing

OrganicReaders typically attempts to send onboarding information within approximately twenty-four (24) hours after purchase.

This is our stated onboarding service target. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, contact us through the Contact Page. The separate 30-day exception in Section 9 is not a waiver of any rights for failure to perform our services.

For purposes of refund eligibility, the controlling deadline is the thirty (30) day Onboarding Email rule contained in Section 9.

3.6 Service Modifications

OrganicReaders may modify, update, improve, or change its processes, research methods, software, tools, document formats, and methods of performing the Services provided that the purchased Services remain substantially consistent with the applicable order.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

(a) provide an accurate, active, and accessible email address at purchase;

(b) monitor that email address, including spam, junk, promotions, and other folders;

(c) accurately complete requested onboarding information;

(d) provide accurate KDP account, book, listing, and business information;

(e) provide information reasonably requested by OrganicReaders to perform the Services;

(f) ensure Client owns or is authorized to use all Client Content supplied to OrganicReaders;

(g) comply with Amazon's applicable policies and all applicable laws;

(h) independently review Deliverables before implementing them;

(i) maintain Client's KDP account in good standing; and

(j) use the Services and Deliverables only for lawful purposes.

OrganicReaders’ ability to perform the Services depends upon Client fulfilling these responsibilities.

Client-caused delays, incomplete onboarding, inaccurate information, failure to respond, failure to provide necessary materials, or other Client-side circumstances may delay completion and do not create a right to a refund.

5. IMPLEMENTATION OF DELIVERABLES

5.1 Client Controls Implementation

Client retains complete control over Client's KDP account and independently determines whether, when, and how to implement any Deliverable or recommendation.

5.2 Client Review

Client is responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, A+ Content, and other Deliverables for accuracy and suitability before publishing them.

5.3 Results Following Implementation

OrganicReaders is not responsible for decreases or changes in traffic, impressions, ranking, sales, revenue, conversion rates, favorites, engagement, search visibility, or any other metric following implementation of our recommendations.

SEO performance can fluctuate, including after changes are made to a listing.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT

Current published introductory package prices are Discover $289, Rank $429, and Own $679 (USD), subject to the price displayed at checkout. Each order is a one-time purchase; there is no recurring subscription, automatic renewal, or retainer.

Fees are displayed at the time of purchase or stated in an applicable order, proposal, or invoice.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, payment is due in full at purchase.

Client represents that Client is authorized to use the payment method submitted and agrees to pay all applicable charges.

OrganicReaders may correct pricing, typographical, promotional, or other errors appearing on its website or materials.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Client agrees to make a good-faith attempt to resolve any billing or service concern directly with OrganicReaders through the Contact Page before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback does not create or expand Client's refund rights under these Terms.

OrganicReaders may provide payment processors, banks, card networks, financing providers, or other relevant parties with records reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute, including order records, acceptance of these Terms, onboarding records, email sending records, Client communications, work records, Deliverable Link delivery records, and other evidence showing performance of the Services.

A chargeback initiated after OrganicReaders has commenced work, including after sending the Onboarding Email, does not invalidate Client's obligations under these Terms.

OrganicReaders reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law concerning fraudulent, abusive, or improper payment disputes.

8. PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMERS — NO GUARANTEES

8.1 No Guaranteed Results

ORGANICREADERS MAKES NO GUARANTEE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS OF THE SERVICES.

Without limitation, OrganicReaders does not guarantee:

  • sales or orders;
  • revenue, income, or profit;
  • Amazon book search rankings;
  • keyword rankings;
  • search visibility;
  • impressions;
  • views or visits;
  • clicks;
  • conversion rates;
  • favorites;
  • reviews;
  • traffic;
  • bestseller status;
  • customer engagement;
  • return on investment; or
  • any other business, marketing, financial, or book performance metric.

8.2 SEO Is Variable

Amazon KDP search visibility and marketplace performance depend on numerous factors outside OrganicReaders’ control, including competition, consumer demand, pricing, book quality, cover design, reviews, sales history, conversion behavior, customer service, market trends, Amazon's algorithms, Amazon's policies, and changes made by Client or third parties.

8.3 Case Studies and Testimonials

Any case studies, sales figures, screenshots, testimonials, before-and-after examples, examples of previous Clients, or other performance information appearing on our website or marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Individual results vary, and Client should not interpret any example as a promise, representation, or guarantee that Client will achieve the same or similar result.

8.4 No Income Guarantee

OrganicReaders does not promise or guarantee any specific amount of sales, income, revenue, profit, or financial return.

The Services are marketing and SEO services and are not an investment or guaranteed business opportunity.

8.5 Platform Changes

Amazon may modify its search algorithm, marketplace, policies, ranking factors, seller tools, technical systems, or other functionality at any time.

OrganicReaders is not responsible for any effect such changes may have on Client or the effectiveness of Deliverables.

9. REFUND POLICY

9.1 General No-Refund Policy

Because the Services consist of customized digital research, intellectual work, SEO analysis, and personalized Deliverables, Fees are generally non-refundable after purchase, subject to the limited contractual exception in Section 9.2 and any additional rights or remedies required by applicable law, including where services are not provided as agreed.

This includes circumstances in which Client:

  • changes their mind;
  • no longer wants the Services;
  • closes or changes their KDP account;
  • does not use the Deliverables;
  • fails to complete onboarding;
  • does not respond to OrganicReaders;
  • is dissatisfied with performance or results;
  • expected different sales or rankings;
  • experiences an KDP account issue;
  • experiences delays beyond an estimated turnaround; or
  • decides not to implement our recommendations.

This Section must be read together with our Refund Policy:

OrganicReaders Refund Policy

9.2 Limited Exception — 30-Day Onboarding Email Rule

Client may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

(a) OrganicReaders failed to send an Onboarding Email to the email address Client provided at the moment of purchase within thirty (30) days following payment;

(b) the failure was attributable solely to OrganicReaders; and

(c) Client submits a qualifying written refund request through the Contact Page no later than forty-five (45) days after payment.

If OrganicReaders sends the Onboarding Email to the email address provided at purchase within thirty (30) days following payment, Client is not entitled to a refund under this exception.

9.3 Email Delivery Is Client's Responsibility

OrganicReaders satisfies its onboarding obligation by sending the Onboarding Email to the email address Client supplied at purchase.

Actual opening, viewing, or acknowledgment by Client is not required.

The following circumstances do not create refund eligibility:

(a) Client supplied an incorrect or misspelled email address;

(b) Client supplied an inactive or inaccessible email address;

(c) the email entered spam, junk, promotions, quarantine, or another secondary folder;

(d) Client's email provider filtered, blocked, rejected, or delayed the message;

(e) Client failed to monitor or open the email account;

(f) Client's mailbox was full, disabled, or otherwise unable to receive messages;

(g) Client overlooked, deleted, or failed to respond to the message; or

(h) any other failure of receipt occurring after OrganicReaders sent the Onboarding Email to the address Client provided.

OrganicReaders’ sending records, timestamps, system records, or comparable business records may be used to establish that an Onboarding Email was sent.

9.4 Incorrect Email Corrections

If Client discovers that an incorrect email address was provided at purchase, Client must promptly contact OrganicReaders through the Contact Page and provide sufficient information for OrganicReaders to locate and verify the order.

The original thirty (30) day period runs from the original payment date.

Correcting an email address does not restart, pause, or extend that period.

9.5 Commencement of Work

Sending the Onboarding Email constitutes commencement of work.

Work will also be deemed commenced upon the earliest of:

(a) sending onboarding materials or instructions;

(b) reviewing Client information;

(c) researching Client's KDP account, listings, competitors, books, keywords, or market;

(d) creating, preparing, or planning Deliverables;

(e) communicating with Client concerning performance of the Services; or

(f) undertaking any other substantive service-related activity.

Once work has commenced, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, subject to applicable law and any failure to provide the purchased services.

9.6 Refund Request Procedure

A request under Section 9.2 must be submitted through the Contact Page no later than forty-five (45) days following payment.

Client should provide sufficient information to identify the transaction, including Client's name, order information, email address used at purchase, purchase date, and the reason Client believes OrganicReaders failed to send the Onboarding Email within thirty (30) days.

OrganicReaders will review its records and the circumstances of the request.

If OrganicReaders determines that Client qualifies for the limited refund exception, the approved refund will generally be processed within thirty (30) business days.

9.7 No Performance-Based Refunds

Refunds are not available because of SEO performance, book performance, rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, impressions, conversions, or any other outcome.

10. REVISIONS

Where the Client's purchased package includes revisions, OrganicReaders will provide revisions consistent with the scope of the purchased Services.

A revision is an adjustment to Deliverables originally prepared for the applicable listing or project. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a revision does not include replacing the original project with a materially different book, title, listing, business, or project.

Requests for revisions do not create a right to a refund.

11. ETSY RELATIONSHIP AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM

OrganicReaders is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, employed by, or officially associated with Amazon.com, Inc.

Amazon KDP is a third-party platform.

Client remains solely responsible for Client's relationship with Amazon and compliance with Amazon's applicable rules, policies, fees, and requirements.

OrganicReaders does not control Amazon and is not responsible for Amazon's decisions, including account suspensions, listing removals, ranking changes, policy enforcement, marketplace changes, technical outages, or other actions.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1 Client Property

Client retains ownership of Client's existing trademarks, photographs, listings, branding, books, and other Client Content.

12.2 OrganicReaders Property

OrganicReaders retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, research processes, frameworks, templates, systems, internal documentation, analytical methods, software, training materials, know-how, website content, branding, and other intellectual property.

12.3 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, Client may use the final Deliverables created specifically for Client for Client's own business and KDP account.

This does not transfer ownership of OrganicReaders’ underlying methodologies, templates, systems, processes, research methods, or other proprietary intellectual property.

Client may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit OrganicReaders’ proprietary materials as a competing service.

12.4 General Learnings

OrganicReaders may use generalized, aggregated, or anonymized knowledge and learnings obtained while performing Services to improve its methodologies and Services, provided doing so does not disclose Client's confidential information in violation of these Terms.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect material non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Services.

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, previously known without confidentiality restrictions, or required to be disclosed by law.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

ORGANICREADERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

We do not warrant that every keyword, recommendation, subtitle, description, category, strategy, analysis, or other Deliverable will remain effective, accurate or suitable indefinitely.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OrganicReaders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Client agrees to indemnify OrganicReaders against third-party claims arising from unlawful or unauthorized Client Content or Client misuse of Deliverables, excluding claims resulting from our own misconduct.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply. Subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights, disputes brought in court will be submitted to the state or federal courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Wyoming. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, or requires a consumer to litigate in Wyoming where applicable law prohibits that requirement.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting revised terms on OrganicReaders.com. Terms applicable to an existing order will not be retroactively changed to remove accrued statutory rights.
