OVERVIEW

OrganicReaders ("OrganicReaders," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides customized digital Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing ("KDP") search engine optimization ("SEO"), book listing optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, A+ Content preparation, and related services.

Because our Services are entirely digital, we do not ship or deliver physical products. There are no physical packages, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or physical delivery addresses associated with our Services.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how onboarding communications and completed Deliverables are provided, estimated delivery times, when delivery is considered complete, and the Client's responsibilities during the delivery process.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between this Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

OrganicReaders provides 100% digital services related primarily to Amazon KDP SEO and book listing optimization.

Depending on the service or package purchased, our Services and Deliverables may include:

• Amazon KDP SEO research

• Book keyword research

• Competitor book research and analysis

• Book title and subtitle optimization recommendations

• Book description optimization

• Category research and recommendations

• Long-tail keyword research

• Competitor book matrices

• A+ Content preparation

• Book listing analysis

• Organic discoverability strategies

• Implementation instructions

• Other customized research, recommendations, or Deliverables included with the purchased Service

Our standard packages include Discover, Rank, and Own. The specific Deliverables depend on the package selected and the scope advertised at the time of purchase.

All Services are performed remotely and delivered electronically.

No physical goods are shipped.

Any references to "shipping" appearing during checkout, in an order confirmation, or elsewhere as a result of our ecommerce platform do not mean that a physical product will be mailed or shipped to the Client.

2. HOW OUR SERVICES ARE DELIVERED

2.1 Onboarding by Email

After a Client purchases our Services, OrganicReaders uses the email address provided at checkout to initiate onboarding.

The onboarding communication may contain or request information such as:

• An onboarding or intake form

• Amazon book listing URLs

• Book titles and subtitles

• Author names or pen names

• Book genres and subgenres

• Target audience or ideal reader information

• Publishing information

• Project requirements

• Information necessary to perform keyword or competitor research

• Other materials reasonably necessary to begin the Services

OrganicReaders generally aims to send the initial onboarding communication within approximately twenty-four (24) hours after purchase.

This is our standard operational target. Actual timing may vary due to order volume, holidays, technical issues, or other operational circumstances.

As explained in our Refund Policy, the limited voluntary refund exception is based on whether OrganicReaders sends the applicable Onboarding Email within thirty (30) days after payment.

The 24-hour onboarding target and the 30-day refund exception are separate provisions.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

2.2 No Amazon KDP Account Access Required

OrganicReaders does not require Clients to provide access to their Amazon KDP accounts.

We do not request:

• Amazon KDP passwords

• Account login credentials

• Co-author invitations

• Administrative permissions

• Direct access to Client publishing accounts

Our Services involve researching and preparing customized Deliverables that Clients can independently review and implement.

Clients retain complete control of their Amazon KDP accounts at all times.

2.3 Final Deliverables

Completed Services are generally delivered through a private Google Doc link containing the Client's applicable Deliverables.

Depending on the Services purchased, this document may contain:

• Customized SEO research

• Optimized book listing copy

• Title and subtitle recommendations

• Keyword research and recommendations

• Category recommendations

• Book description optimization

• Long-tail keyword banks

• Competitor research

• A+ Content materials

• Implementation instructions

• Other Deliverables included in the purchased package

OrganicReaders may provide the Client with access to the private Google Doc by sending the link electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Upon request, OrganicReaders may also provide applicable completed Deliverables in PDF or Microsoft Word format, when reasonably available.

The private Google Doc is our standard delivery method.

PDF or Microsoft Word versions are alternative formats and are not required for delivery to be considered complete unless expressly included in the purchased Service.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Our average project delivery timeframe is approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days after we have received the information reasonably necessary to begin performing the Services.

This timeframe is an estimate only. It is not a guaranteed delivery deadline unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors including:

• Number of books included in the order

• Purchased package

• Scope of the project

• Complexity of the Client's books or genres

• Amount of keyword or competitor research required

• Client responsiveness

• Accuracy or completeness of information supplied by the Client

• Requests for additional information

• Order volume

• Staffing and resource availability

• Holidays

• Technical issues

• Amazon or third-party platform availability

• Research requirements

• Other circumstances affecting completion of customized work

Some projects may be completed sooner than the average timeframe, while others may require additional time.

Unless OrganicReaders expressly agrees to a specific guaranteed deadline in writing, no estimated, advertised, historical, or communicated delivery timeframe constitutes a guaranteed completion date.

For purposes of this Policy, business days generally mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. federal holidays.

The estimated turnaround begins after OrganicReaders has received the information reasonably necessary to perform the purchased Services.

4. DELIVERY TIMES AND REFUNDS

A project taking longer than an estimated delivery timeframe does not, by itself, create an automatic right under our voluntary refund policy to:

• A refund

• Cancellation of an already-paid order

• A partial refund

• A credit

• A payment reversal

• Compensation or damages

However, this provision does not exclude or limit remedies available under applicable law, including rights arising from a failure to perform contractual obligations.

The estimated 7–10 business-day timeframe is separate from the 30-day Onboarding Email rule contained in our Refund Policy.

The 30-day rule concerns whether OrganicReaders sent the Onboarding Email within thirty (30) days after payment.

It does not mean that OrganicReaders guarantees completion or delivery of the Client's final customized Deliverables within that same 30-day period.

5. WHEN DELIVERY IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE

For purposes of our Services, delivery is generally considered completed when OrganicReaders makes the applicable completed Deliverables available to the Client, ordinarily by providing access to the Client's private Google Doc link.

Delivery does not depend on whether the Client:

• Opens the email or communication containing the link

• Clicks the Google Doc link

• Opens or reviews the Google Doc

• Downloads or saves the Deliverables

• Requests a PDF or Microsoft Word version

• Implements the recommendations

• Updates their Amazon KDP listings

• Achieves any particular result after delivery

Once OrganicReaders has properly made the completed Deliverables available to the Client, the Client's failure to access, review, download, implement, or use them does not independently mean that delivery failed.

Our records regarding the creation, transmission, sharing, or availability of Deliverables may be used as evidence of delivery.

Where a Client cannot reasonably access the Deliverables due to an issue attributable to OrganicReaders, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue.

Nothing in this section limits applicable consumer protection rights.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESS

The Client is responsible for providing an accurate, active, accessible, and monitored email address at checkout.

By purchasing our Services, the Client represents that:

(a) The email address supplied at checkout is accurate and complete;

(b) The Client has access to that email account;

(c) The Client will reasonably monitor the account after purchasing;

(d) The Client will check spam, junk, promotions, and other secondary folders; and

(e) The Client will reasonably respond when OrganicReaders requests information necessary to perform the Services.

OrganicReaders is not responsible for delays or communication problems resulting from an incorrect, mistyped, inaccessible, inactive, or unmonitored email address supplied by the Client, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

7. CLIENT DELAYS AND MISSING INFORMATION

Our ability to complete customized SEO Services depends on receiving sufficient information from the Client.

If we request book listing URLs, publishing information, target reader details, clarification, materials, or other information reasonably necessary to perform the Services, the Client is responsible for providing it.

A Client's failure or delay in providing requested information may delay the project.

Such Client-caused delays do not independently constitute a failure by OrganicReaders to deliver the Services and do not automatically create a right to a refund under our voluntary policy.

If the Client stops responding, abandons the project, unpublishes relevant books, changes publishing plans, or otherwise prevents or delays our ability to perform the Services, OrganicReaders may pause the project until sufficient information is available.

Any resulting delay will be considered when determining the estimated project completion timeframe.

This section remains subject to applicable law.

8. EMAIL DELIVERY ISSUES

OrganicReaders generally fulfills an email-based communication obligation under our voluntary service policies when the applicable communication is properly sent to the email address provided by the Client at checkout.

OrganicReaders is not ordinarily responsible for communications that are:

• Sent to spam, junk, promotions, quarantine, or another secondary folder

• Blocked by the Client's email provider

• Rejected because the Client's inbox is full

• Filtered by security software or corporate systems

• Missed because the Client did not monitor the account

• Sent to an incorrect email address supplied by the Client

• Otherwise prevented from reaching the Client because of circumstances outside OrganicReaders' reasonable control

These circumstances do not independently establish refund eligibility under our voluntary refund policy.

Where OrganicReaders becomes aware that a communication was not successfully delivered, we may take reasonable steps to resend the communication or resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section overrides applicable legal requirements concerning notices, communications, or service delivery.

9. INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS

If you believe you supplied an incorrect email address at checkout, contact OrganicReaders through our official Contact Page as soon as reasonably possible:

To help us locate the order, you should provide:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email address originally entered at checkout

• Other reasonable order-verification information requested by OrganicReaders

After verifying the order, OrganicReaders may update the contact information and resend applicable communications.

Correcting an email address does not restart, pause, or extend the original 30-day Onboarding Email period described in our voluntary Refund Policy.

The period begins on the original payment date.

This provision does not limit any rights required by applicable law.

10. ACCESS ISSUES WITH DELIVERABLES

If a Client receives the delivery communication but cannot access the private Google Doc or another provided Deliverable because of a permissions or technical issue, the Client should contact us through the Contact Page.

OrganicReaders may reasonably:

• Correct document permissions

• Provide a replacement link

• Resend the delivery communication

• Provide an alternative digital format

• Take other appropriate steps to restore access

A correctable access issue does not mean that the underlying customized work was not performed and does not automatically create refund eligibility.

However, OrganicReaders remains responsible for fulfilling its contractual delivery obligations, subject to applicable law.

11. PDF AND MICROSOFT WORD REQUESTS

Our standard delivery format is a private Google Doc.

Clients may request that applicable Deliverables also be provided as a PDF or Microsoft Word document.

Availability of an alternative format may depend on the nature and formatting of the Deliverables.

A request for an alternative file format does not ordinarily delay or invalidate delivery through the private Google Doc.

Delivery is not conditioned on OrganicReaders providing every requested file format unless a particular format was expressly included in the purchased Service.

12. CLIENT REVIEW AND IMPLEMENTATION

OrganicReaders provides customized research, recommendations, and ready-to-paste book listing materials.

Clients are responsible for reviewing, approving, and implementing their Deliverables within their own Amazon KDP accounts.

Our Services do not include directly accessing or modifying Client KDP accounts.

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing Deliverables for accuracy

• Confirming book information is correct

• Evaluating the suitability of recommendations

• Ensuring compliance with Amazon KDP policies

• Applying approved changes to their own listings

• Maintaining their own Amazon KDP accounts

• Monitoring their books after implementation

OrganicReaders may provide step-by-step instructions to assist Clients with implementing the completed Deliverables.

The time required for a Client to review or implement recommendations is separate from our estimated project delivery timeframe.

OrganicReaders does not guarantee that Amazon will approve, publish, or maintain every proposed listing change.

13. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

OrganicReaders does not ship physical products in connection with the Services covered by this Policy.

Accordingly, there are generally:

• No shipping fees

• No physical delivery estimates

• No shipping carriers

• No package tracking numbers

• No customs processing

• No import duties associated with physical delivery

• No physical shipping destination required for fulfillment

Billing information requested during checkout may still include an address or other information required by our payment processor or ecommerce platform.

Providing billing information does not mean a physical item will be shipped.

All purchased Services are fulfilled digitally.

14. INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Because our Services are delivered digitally, Clients outside the United States generally receive Deliverables through the same electronic process as U.S. Clients.

There are no customs or international shipping delays associated with digital delivery itself.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, our Services, communications, and Deliverables are provided in English.

Any currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges imposed by a Client's bank, card issuer, or payment provider are generally the Client's responsibility.

International Clients remain responsible for reviewing applicable local laws and Amazon KDP requirements relevant to their publishing activities.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in a Client's jurisdiction.

15. AMAZON KDP AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

OrganicReaders is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, or their affiliates.

Our ability to research or provide certain recommendations may depend in part on the availability of Amazon or other third-party websites, platforms, software, or services.

Temporary outages, changes, restrictions, or technical problems affecting third-party services may cause delays.

Such circumstances do not automatically constitute a failure by OrganicReaders to deliver the Services, provided we continue to take reasonable steps to fulfill our contractual obligations.

Amazon may modify its publishing requirements, search algorithms, categories, metadata fields, A+ Content requirements, interfaces, or other functionality at any time.

OrganicReaders does not control Amazon's systems or decisions.

16. RELATIONSHIP TO OUR OTHER POLICIES

If this Shipping & Delivery Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

By purchasing Services from OrganicReaders, the Client acknowledges that the Services are digitally delivered and agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

OrganicReaders may update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time.

Changes will generally become effective when posted to our website, subject to applicable law.

For an existing purchase, applicable contractual rights and obligations will be determined by the policies and Terms governing that purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Material changes will not retroactively eliminate rights associated with purchases already made.
